often asked by the other customers:

Q: If I have not registered my warranty via web / sms, how long is my warranty period?

A: 6 months, if the warranty card contained in the battery pack is filled in completely by the seller

Q: If I register my warranty via web / sms, how long is my warranty period?

A: 1 year, if the warranty card in the packaging and data on the web are inputted correctly and accordingly.

Q: Where can I make a claim if my battery is damaged?

A: Claims can be made through the outlet of the purchase and through Daytona Riders Care. If the warranty has been registered online, it can be claimed through a purchase outlet or Riders Care

Q: What do I have to bring when making a claim?

A: Battery, warranty card and motorcycle used

Q: What are the factors that can make my battery claim rejected?

A: The battery has been removed, the battery case is damaged, there is no warranty card, the warranty period expires and if the damage is caused by a motorcycle.

Q: Where is my battery production code?

A: On the left-top side of battery, consists of 9 digit numbers engraved.
