The battery to be claimed must be carried along with the warranty card at the time of claim

 

The production code contained in the battery must be the same as that found on the warranty card.

 

If the warranty card is fully filled, warranty is valid for 6 months.

The 12-month warranty only applies to DYTZ5-S batteries with the "12 month warranty" sticker on the package.

 

To get 1 Year warranty, the warranty should be registered online at www.daytonaindonesia.com

 

The production code and date of purchase of batteries must match the data on the online warranty registration.

Claims for battery that been used less than 6 months can be made at purchase outlet and Daytona Rider's Care

 

Claims for battery that been used more than 6 months only can be made at Daytona Rider's Care

Battery cover must not be damaged. Pole terminals may not be damaged

The production code contained in the battery or warranty card must not be damaged / invisible

The claimed battery is used under normal conditions of daily use

The electrical load of the vehicle used is normal.

Charging system of motorcycle is not overcharged. (above 15.5V)
